We want you to feel safe and satisfied with your purchase; if you are not completely happy, you can return your invisaWear® jewelry in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, all items must be unworn and include their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the jewelry in its original gift box and secure it inside a shipping mailer with the label attached.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
