How does invisaWear® smart jewelry work?
Each piece contains a hidden button on the backside. When pressed twice, it immediately sends a text message to up to five emergency contacts with your GPS location. It can also optionally contact 9-1-1 dispatchers.
Does the jewelry require a monthly subscription?
No monthly subscription is required for the basic safety features. You can use the emergency contact notification system for free. We do offer an optional premium subscription for professional 24/7 monitoring services.
What is the shipping policy and delivery timeline?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping varies by destination.
Is the jewelry water-resistant?
Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear and is sweat-resistant; however, we do not recommend submerging it in water. To maintain the finish and protect the internal electronics, please remove your invisaWear® before showering or swimming.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to feel safe and satisfied. We offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original condition. If you experience any technical issues, our products are also covered by a one-year limited warranty.
How long does the battery last?
The internal battery is designed to last approximately one to two years depending on usage. Since the device does not require charging, you will receive a notification via the app when it is time to replace your charm.
